So you’ve decided you want to fuel hyper growth by building an SDR team. You probably were expecting to hire some reps with SDR experience–or new grads–who could step right in and start setting meetings. But then your heart sank when it didn’t work! Finding good people is frustrating, candidates you swear should have crushed it failed, and so many of the meetings set were garbage. Now, it’s hard for your company to hit its sales projections.
